First Cardinals Game

Leah loved watching the redbirds play ball on Memorial Day! The screaming fans were a bit overwhelming, but all the action kept her entertained. We barely heard a peep out of her for all 10 innings...too bad the Cardinals lost!

8 months old

Leah's latest tricks are: waving bye bye and saying it, giving kisses, tossing her binky out of the crib and yelling for us until we come get it, and then tossing it AGAIN, and putting items (like buckets) on her head to play peek-a-boo! She is so much fun right now. She laughs at just about everything, smiles on cue, and is in a good mood most of the time. Although she's not crawling yet, she's frustrated by her immobility and seems determined to get on the move soon.

Springtime fun

Leah loves to sit in the grass and "help" us garden. She, of course, tries to eat the grass when no one's watching.

Our little runner!

Leah ran her first 5K a couple of weeks ago. Pushing that stroller made Daddy's run a bit more challenging, but all three of us finished together.
